“Know who you are; Love who you are….”  The primary objective is to empower girls through yoga, meditation and self-awareness. This provides girls with strategies that build the resilience they need to adapt to the busy outcome-based world. Breathing, movement, meditation and affirmation are some of the many strategies that will be utilized to promote adaptability, self-esteem, courage, a healthy body and a calm and confident mind.


This class, set to motivating music, is similar to PABodySculpt. It focuses on core, balance, flexibility, agility, mental control, increased power and stamina. The class integrates movement, strength and breath work to help athletes excel, no matter their sport or ability level. This class can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals , small groups or sports teams.
*Minimum age 8

PAMother / Daughter

This class provides an opportunity for mothers and daughters to spend quality time together practicing yoga. . Each class will have a theme set to relaxing, yet upbeat music. The class will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. This Vinyasa class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental yoga postures and foundation that create an effective and successful yoga practice.
*Minimum age 6 – Grades K-8

Specialized Group Classes

This class, set to empowering music, is designed to sculpt and tone every major muscle group in your body. Body Sculpt will boost your metabolism while increasing your strength and flexibility. Free weights, ankle weights, blocks and bands are added to the Power Yoga sequence, which create resistance and intensifies each pose. Strength training exercises such as planks, squats, lunges, push-ups, burpies and balancing work are also incorporated into class building lean muscle mass. In addition, there will be short bursts of cardio movements throughout class, which will increase your heart rate to zones 3 or 4 where most calories are burned.
